Rising steel structure
Structural characteristics and system advantages
The spatial force system is composed of steel columns (H-shaped steel/circular steel tubes) and steel beams (H-shaped steel/composite beams) through rigid nodes (all-welded/bolted mixed connection), which can achieve a large column distance of more than 9 meters (such as the 8.4-meter column grid commonly used in office buildings). Through the combination of articulated nodes and support systems, it can flexibly adapt to different seismic fortification requirements (up to 8 degrees of fortification).
Applicable building types
Multi-storey commercial: 5-15-storey office buildings (such as SOHO series), the plane can be freely divided to meet the needs of open office
Industrial buildings: heavy-duty factories (such as machining workshops), which can carry bridge cranes of more than 50 tons
Seismic-resistant buildings: high ductility makes it the preferred structure in earthquake-prone areas (such as Sichuan and Japan)
Key parameters for selection
Height-to-width ratio limit: when it exceeds 1:5, a core tube/support truss must be set to control the inter-layer displacement angle ≤1/250
Node form: "strong node weak member" design is preferred in earthquake zones, and the energy consumption capacity is improved by strengthening the node domain
Combined floor: Combination floor with corrugated steel plate (thickness 80-150mm) can reduce the height of steel beams and improve the utilization rate of floor height
